Who can make a complaint?

A Public Complaint against Police Officers or the Police Force may be made by

- Any aggrieved person

-Any person/organization on behalf of an aggrieved person

Information

Information about the procedure to lodge a complaint can be obtained in any one of the following ways.

- By calling the Head Office or Provincial and District Offices of National Police Commission

- By calling the Government Information Center (1919)

How to make a complaint?

 You can lodge your complaint according to instructions given below directly to the National Police Commission Head Office or to a nearest Provincial / District Offices.

Redress you expect
Ever complained on this matter previously
