All the complaints will be handled by the Commission through the Director Public Complain Division, the Provincial Directors and District Directors.


Most of the complaints are resolved by way of mediation between the two parties.

Records of the investigated complaints will be forwarded to the Inspector General of Police and to the Public Service Commission on errant police officer/s for further disciplinary action.
